Subscription Terms
WinnerInvoice — Mobile Invoicing & Estimates

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of WinnerInvoice paid plans, operated by ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. They form part of our Terms of Service.
1. Plans Overview
Free Tier
Core invoicing and estimate features at no charge. No payment method required.
Paid Plans
Advanced features available via auto-renewing subscription. Plan tiers, feature inclusions, and pricing are displayed in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
WinnerInvoice subscriptions are personal or per-business — each subscription covers one account.
2. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial of paid plan features. The following applies:
- Available to new subscribers only (one per Apple ID or Google account)
- Trial length clearly stated before activation
- Payment method required to activate
- Not charged during trial
- Automatically converts to paid subscription at trial end unless cancelled beforehand
How to cancel before being charged

Uninstalling the app or contacting us does not cancel a trial.
3. Billing and Payment
- All billing handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android)
- We never receive or store your card details
- Billed on date of purchase or trial conversion
- Taxes determined and collected by Apple or Google
4. Auto-Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the current period ends. Renewal charge applied within 24 hours before period end.
5. Price Changes
We notify you in advance of price changes. New price takes effect at your next renewal. Cancel before renewal to avoid the new price.
6. Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. You retain paid access until then.
Important: Cancellation does not delete your account or data. Cancel your subscription separately, then delete your account if you wish — in that order.
7. Refunds
All refund requests go to Apple or Google:

EEA/UK consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights — see Section 12.
8. What Happens After Downgrade or Cancellation

Your data is not deleted when a paid plan ends.
9. Account Deletion vs. Subscription Cancellation
These are two separate actions.

Always cancel via the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account. Failure to do so may result in continued billing.
10. Platform-Specific Terms
Apple App Store (iOS)
- Agreement is between you and ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. — not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or refunds beyond what law requires
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
Google Play (Android)
Google Play is not a party to these Terms.
11. Promotional Offers
- Promotional pricing applies only for the stated period
- After promotion, renews at standard rate
- Discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, may not be combined
- Abuse of promotions (e.g. multiple accounts) is prohibited
12. Consumer Rights — EEA and UK
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, the following applies.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK law, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By activating a paid subscription and accessing advanced features, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that:
- You lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed
- For partial performance, you may be charged for the portion provided

Mandatory consumer protections
You retain all rights under your mandatory local consumer protection laws, which cannot be waived.
13. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, including Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502. EEA/UK consumers also retain applicable mandatory local protections per Section 12.
