WinnerInvoice — Mobile Invoicing & Estimates

You have the right to delete your personal data from WinnerInvoice at any time. This page explains what data we hold, what data you hold as data controller, and how to delete each.
Important distinction: WinnerInvoice holds two types of data — your own account data (which we control) and your customers' data (which you control as data controller). Deleting your account removes both from our systems.
1. What Data WinnerInvoice Holds

2. Demo Mode — No Server Data
If you use WinnerInvoice in demo mode (without creating an account), we hold no data on our servers. All demo data is stored locally on your device.
To delete demo data, simply uninstall the app:
- iOS: Long-press the WinnerInvoice icon → Remove App → Delete App
- Android: Long-press → Uninstall
3. How to Delete Your Account
On iOS
Settings → Account → Delete Account → Confirm
- Open WinnerInvoice → go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Read the confirmation (it summarizes what will be deleted)
- Tap Confirm Delete
On Android
Settings → Account → Delete Account → Confirm
- Open WinnerInvoice → go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Read the confirmation screen
- Tap Confirm Delete
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Export your data before confirming — see Section 7.
4. What Gets Deleted and When
Deleted within 30 days of confirmed deletion

5. Data We Are Required to Retain

Your own archiving obligations: Deleting your WinnerInvoice account does not fulfill any independent legal obligation you may have to retain business records, invoices, or financial documents under applicable tax and commercial law in your jurisdiction. You must maintain your own compliant records independently.
6. Your Customers' Data — Your Responsibilities
The customer records you create in WinnerInvoice contain your customers' personal data. As their data controller, you have independent obligations:
Before deleting your account
- Consider whether you have any obligation to retain records of your customers' transactions
- Export customer records if you need to keep them for business purposes
- Be aware that deleting your account also deletes all customer records from our systems
If a customer requests deletion of their data from you
- You can delete that customer's record directly in WinnerInvoice: Customers → [Customer] → Delete
- Any invoices already issued to that customer and shared externally (WhatsApp, email) are outside our control

Your customers contacting us directly
If one of your customers contacts us to request deletion of their personal data, we will inform them that you are the data controller for your client records and refer them to you. We will assist you technically in fulfilling their request.
7. Export Your Data First
Before deleting your account, we strongly recommend exporting your business data.

Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
8. Third-Party Data
Apple App Store (iOS)
Apple holds your App Store account information independently. Manage at: https://privacy.apple.com
Google Play (Android)
Google holds your Google Play account information independently. Manage at: https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy
PDFs you have already shared via WhatsApp are outside our control. WinnerInvoice account deletion does not remove PDFs already delivered to recipients via WhatsApp or email.
9. After Deletion
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Once confirmed:
- All server-side data is removed within 30 days
- Your invoices, customer records, and business profile are permanently lost
- Subscription billing continues until cancelled separately — see Section 10
PDFs you have already shared externally remain in the possession of recipients. We have no ability to recall documents already shared via WhatsApp, email, or other channels.
10. Cancel Subscription Before Deleting
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

Cancel first, then delete your account.
